It was April the 1st but not a fool in sight as Smut.UK once again took over Miss T’s Dungeon for an afternoon of waxy fun. Poor old Kev was feeling very poorly so last minute had to pull out of the day. I’ve never done a Smut event on my own before, I’ve run the tombola on my own but never a whole event. I was a little bit stressed.

I didn’t need to be of course. I had the wonderful help of the Staff of Miss T’s and Sensei to rely on and everything, I’m glad to say, went very smoothly indeed.

We started the day with an introduction from yours truly and a little excerpt from my Novella Something Brave which has a particularly detailed wax play scene within it.  I always enjoy reading from this story as It always resonates with me. I especially love the wax play scene as it’s something brand new for Felicity and it’s pretty new for me too.

 

I’m so glad that we managed to secure John and Paula (otherwise known and Mr&Mrs Bondageman) to put on a demonstration for us. After my reading we headed through into the dungeon to sit in neat rows on chairs whilst surrounded by dungeon furniture and implements. And of course, just in front of the whipping wall our big, White Sheets of San Francisco Fluid Proof Sheet was laid out and ready for play.

It was an interesting juxtaposition and really set the scene for the kind of Demo we were going to be enjoying!

The Bondage Man makes and sells many, many candles but John and Paula also use them for play too. This lead to a fantastically informative, honest and entertaining demonstration with plenty of opportunity for questions from the crowd. As with anything within BDSM the more research you can do, the better prepared you are for a scene the better.  And we got it all, basic safety tips (even low temp wax can boil if left on a heat source for long enough) handy hints for hairy bits (cover the area in clingfilm. Still stings but the clean up is easier!) and ways to make it hurt more, appealing to the masochists and sadists in the house…I mean dungeon.

By far the most spectacular part of the Demo was the UV wax shower. The lights went off, a black light was switched on and 6 UV candles were put inside a wire box and lit. The resulting display as the wax was tipped onto Paula’s back was amazing. And my photo doesn’t do it near enough justice.  After the Demo two of our attendees had a go at  the same technique with the UV candles under the black light…and look how amazing it came out!

Now, you know me, I want to try it all, everything. So After the demo I asked some particularly wonderful and mean Doms if they’d like to drip was on me. Miss T herself and Staff Dom Animal jumped at the chance.

So I made myself comfortable on the massage table and let Miss T and Animal get in touch with their artistic side. I think, to be fair, it was their sadistic sides that were  indulged the most. They both enjoyed finding the places and techniques which made me squirm, squeal and yelp the most. And being the pain slut I am, I enjoyed that too. In the end my back was covered in a wonderful, impressionistic art work and my face was covered with a huge smile. Wax is fun!

I rather enjoyed the removal process too. Though as a sharp knife was involved I had to try not to giggle or wiggle when the process tickled. I liked the feel of the wax popping off.  It was a wonderful experience that left my back stingy and hot. I loved sitting on the leather sofa in the social room, that cooled me way down!

Being a bit of a numpty, I totally forgot to take a photo of the erotic tombola that day – doh. We also have the Name the Doxy Game which has proved very popular. Who knew there were so many names beginning with D?

 

It was a fun day, lots of wax play indulged in, chat, laughter and general kinky goodness too. You should come along to our next event on the 1st July .
