I don’t do the whole New Year rigmarole. It sounds a bit party pooper, that. I don’t mean it to. I stay up ’til Midnight every New Year and see it in. Because the fireworks would only wake me up at midnight anyway and make me grumpy. Maybe I am a bit of a party pooper. However I will heartily wish you all a very merry 2014.
2013 was a mixed bag for me. Some huge highs and some craptastic lows too. I’m happy to have a fresh new year before me. Yay!
I had 16 stories published last year, ranging from short stories to Novels. Check ’em out here.
Here’s the prettiest of my covers in 2013:
I love, love, love it and the novel it goes with. Check out Sharing Nicely to see why this is the perfect cover for it.
I spent a huge amount of time with fellow erotica writers in 2013. Eroticon was a great event and I’m looking forward to being in Bristol for Eroticon 2014! I’m leading a session on Spirituality with fellow Brit Babe KD Grace and then I’m doing a Smut in the City Extravaganza with Lucy Felthouse and my hubs Kev Blisse
And talking of Brit Babes, that was very much a highlight of 213. Getting together with my Brit friends Lucy Felthouse, KD Grace, Lily Harlem, Natalie Dae (and all her other names!), Lexie Bay, Tabitha Rayne and Kay Jaybee to set up a group street team and have lots of fun in the process. Fancy joining? Check out all the details here.
And of course 2013 saw the very first Smut by the Sea! Which was a rip-roaring success. I can’t wait for the next one in 2014. You should grab a ticket and come along. It’s going to be awesome!
Then there was Erotica 2013 which we smutted up good style and I met a panda. It was just one of those brilliantly exhausting weekends check out my post all about it here.
Wow, I had some major good times in 2013 and I’ve not even mentioned all the fun at SH! Womenstore yet. I spent many a happy hour there, listening to smut being read, browsing the shelves and chatting to the friendliest staff in the world ever. You have to visit if you’re ever in London!
So here’s to 2014. Let it be even smutter than last year!
