Thanks so much to Victoria for hosting me on her blog :)
One of the great things about being an author is that you get to be a lot of different people; sometimes I wonder if it’s an acceptable form of schizophrenia.
The Witching Pen (the first book in a paranormal romance trilogy) centres around Elena, who’s a virgin. I had to invoke my inner-virgin in order to write her character, and I can’t say it was easy to remember what it was like to be a virgin! In fact, I don’t really remember what it was like at all. And I wonder if part of the reason is that sex never even featured in my mind as a topic worth exploring, until I was in the position to be able to physically explore it (I was always more interested in sports and reading).
In this respect, Elena is the same. She is a character that never once thought about sex, until one day, at the age of fifteen, her mother sat her down and explained to her that she could never have sex because of what it would mean to her lineage as a thirteenth generation witch.
I wrote a free short story called Wilted (not erotic or romance, but more general), specifically for fans of the series, which focuses on this talk with her mother, as well as her relationship with her best friend, Karl, who by his own admission, has always loved her.

Ten years on from this, Karl and Elena (now twenty-five) are living together as “friends”. He is still madly in love with her, and she’s still a virgin and denying any existence of her feelings. Enter one magic pen that can write the future and a demon who wants Elena all for himself, and we have the beginning of a plot that will carry everyone through three books, plus a spin-off novel.
Below is an excerpt that gives you an insight into Elena’s thought processes after her and Karl share a kiss one night:
Pushing that sinking feeling away, she gave him a quick look. His eyes were closed, his breathing still even. Tentatively, she pulled the covers off them and glanced at his cotton boxers. The material was moulded around his erection, showing off its contours. It looked bigger than she’d expected and judging by the wetness she could feel between her own legs, her body didn’t mind.
She held her breath and bit her lip to steady her hand, then hooked one finger around his waistband.
“I will not be held responsible for my actions based on any decision you’re about to make.”
With a start, she let go of his underwear and the elastic pinged back against his skin.
“Ouch.”
“Sorry! I was just—”
“Curious?”
She nodded, her face aflame. “I’ve never seen one in real life.”
His eyebrows shot up. “You’re kidding.”
“No.”
The silence was tinged with her embarrassment, but curiosity still gnawed at her.
“Can I … can I see it?”
She saw desire colour his eyes. It gave her an illicit feeling of pleasure – something deep and so wonderfully personal.
I make him feel like that.
He nodded.
Tugging at his waistband once more, she pulled down his boxers and released him. Her heart thudded behind her ribcage. It was even bigger now. She’d seen enormous ones in magazines, but those had seemed unreal somehow. This however, was very real … and magnificent. It twitched under her gaze, as if it were alive. With a small moan, she realised that’s how it would feel inside her. Alive, moving, hard … how hard was it?
“Can I touch it?”
“Fuck, Elena, you’re going to be the end of me.” His voice was hoarse – it drove her on.
“Please?”
With a groan, he nodded again.
She touched it lightly with her fingertips, starting at the top, slowly feeling her way down. It was smooth and warm. She wasn’t sure why, but in her mind, she’d always thought it would be cold, like steel or something – maybe because hard things were always associated with coldness.
She wrapped her entire hand around him. It was definitely hard. Karl let out a noise that had her wanting to throw herself on top of him, and moved his hips up off the sheets. She moved her hand up with him and before she knew it, she was the one lying back on the bed and Karl was devouring her mouth with his own, his tongue sweeping the inside of it.
The Witching Pen is available as an eBook, currently at the offer price of $0.99 (list price $1.99), and will be released as a paperback at the end of April.

I fancied something a bit different today, so I’ve picked out a different kind of kiss from a different kind of couple!
Here’s the blurb for Till the End.

And the snog, I’ve used my artistic license for this one!
James was writhing, moaning and grasping at the red scatter cushions like a man passion had possessed. I hadn’t moved my mouth much, but I loved the taste of him, the feel of him there. I vowed that I would suck that cock in earnest another time, but right now, I had to feel him buried deep inside me.I let him slip from my mouth with a slurping pop then I stood up and licked my lips. He must have read my mind because without even a prompt from me he lay back on the couch, his legs close together, and his cock pornographically rising from his crotch.
I felt so sexy, so naughty and oh so good as I straddled him. He filled me so perfectly, I could feel him throbbing inside me as I began to rise and fall upon him. His mouth nipped up at my breasts as I lent forward. I was holding onto the sofa arm for support and every time I moved my hips, my breasts swayed. Yes, swayed and it felt amazing. I felt so erotic with my pendulous breasts being sucked and slurped at as they swung seductively over my young lover’s face.
I hope you enjoyed today’s snog. Please leave a comment if you’d like to win a copy of Till the End! I’m feeling generous as it’s the last day of Read an eBook week! Check out yesterday’s post too for the opportunity to win more ebooks! I’ll announce the winners tomorrow! Now sit back and enjoy the other Sunday Snogs as they come in. I do love Sundays.
Something different for Read an eBook week.

Hello everyone! Firstly, remember to get your hands on a copy of the Independent today as I’m in there with four other ever so good erotica writers!
Okay, now did you know that it’s read an eBook week this week? It’s coming to a close in fact and I couldn’t let the phenomenon pass without mentioning how awesome ebooks are. I would say that, yes, I am be in large published in eBook format but as a reader I love them too.
So lets see what I’ve got in my back catalogue to whet your appetite. Pay attention, there will be a competition at the end of this and you may just want in on the rather brilliant prize. Here is a selection of my more unusual stories because it’s always good to try something a little different!
So, first off I’ve got a werewolf for you to get your teeth into, pun well and truly intended!

Desdemona takes great joy in the full moon. She maims and kills with enthusiasm and wishes she could be a werewolf every day. Lowell hates what he is. He wishes that the full moon would only come around once in a million years.
Jenny is a sweet girl who often acts before she thinks, especially when a man is involved. She finds herself between these two werewolves. She loves Lowell, he was her school crush way back when. Desdemona is her superior and makes her working life a misery.
But which werewolf will have Jenny in the end? Will Desdemona succeed in killing her during the full moon, or will Lowell be able to keep her safe and in the dark about his horrific secret? It comes down to a fight between two werewolves, one Moon lover and one Moon Shy. Who will win?
Reader Advisory: This book contains some graphic violence, although the violence isn’t too gruesome.
“What are we doing?” he asked between kisses.
“I think we’re making out,” she replied. “I want you, Lowell.”
It was the most arousing thing she could have said. Lowell smiled and dragged his lips down her cheek and chin to press delicately against her neck. She mewled. It was the hottest sound he had ever heard, so he kissed again in the same spot and was rewarded with a gasp and a groan and a tightening of her hands on his back. He kissed down from her neck and over the skin of her chest. He scattered kisses all over the V opening of the front of her blouse, then, with shaking fingers, he undid first one button then another.
His lips followed seconds later and kissed the warm, scented curve that presented itself. He could see and feel her chest undulating from his attention, and he became immersed in her scent and hypnotised by the beating of her heart.
He was aroused to a level he’d never felt before, and he didn’t know if it had anything to do with his new, wolfish senses or not. He had not even kissed a girl before Jenny since he had changed, but he knew he’d never reacted this strongly to any woman ever before.
At £2.49 Moon Shy is worth trying out, you’re going to love Lowell, I know you will.

He is confused and his voluptuous sire, Cara is far too busy being mysterious to really help him unlock the secrets of his Afterlife. However, he pieces it together by himself and decides to turn his best mates into Vampires too. This doesn’t quite go to plan but he does discover The Point and its unique, ten-second rule.
Cara does not approve of Josh visiting The Point but that night she turns up at his door bloodied and much more dead than usual, and accepts Josh’s help to escape from her much older and much crazier Sire Leopold. How is Josh going to defeat an older, wiser and more powerful vampire? He hasn’t a clue but for Cara he is willing to find out.
Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of blood shed. This book is best read as part of a series, but it may also be read as a stand alone title.
Josh looked back at the woman who was still smiling. Oh, what the heck, he thought, I am hungry and I am somewhat horny. I might as well give it a go.
He walked over to the tree and ran his fingers gently down the girl’s side. She moaned as his fingertips trailed over her tiny breast and onto her lithe hip. She was quite pretty for a skinny chick. Her eyes were bright and her nipples hard, but Josh really did prefer a bit more meat on the bone. However, he leaned in and started to kiss the girl’s neck and shoulder as he ran his hands all over her. She was soon mewling and panting quite loudly. He took off his work tie and wrapped it around her mouth before pulling it tight.
“Hush, love, we don’t want anyone else coming to this party, do we?”
She winked at him and he pulled open his trousers. His cock was hardening, and when he looked over his shoulder to see Cara with her ample tits out and her hand stroking down her open thigh, it got all the harder.
Again, £2.49 get’s you more vampires than you can shake a stick at. Stopping Point is book 2 in the Point Vamp series but it can be read out of order.

Peter is held back by a lack of self confidence and interacts with people as little as he can manage to get away with, that is until willowy Chloe is assigned the desk next to him, she has other ideas. Peter soon gives in to her siren song and lets Chloe seduce him but he just does not know how to deal with this beautiful woman and her lusts.
Does Chloe have the patience to teach him to play in harmony with her natural sensuality or will he be forever doomed to a solitary life with only his music for comfort?
My lips touch hers and the worry slips away from my mind. I’m now consumed with the sweet pressure of her lips on mine and the undulation of our mouths as we kiss. I’m tense at first, stiff and rigid, but with gentle movements and great patience her lips break through the barrier and my mouth slips open. I groan deep in my chest as her tongue darts inside of me. It feels so intimate, as if I am being fucked by her tongue.
“And this,” she says, pulling away from my lips and giving me a moment to breathe, “is where my real talent lies. Wou ld you like to see more of my oral technique?”
I am struck dumb; well dumber than usual. I just manage to incline my head in a slight nod.
“Good, let’s play a game. I love games.”
I know I’ve given you paranormal up to now and you were expecting more of the same right? Well, if you want more Paranormal check out Silver Screen Dream for a Djinn or Point Vamp for a sexy Victorian Vampire. No, I picked Lyrical because it’s different for me because Peter, my guy, is the curvy one. I usually write about rubenesque ladies but this one proves that cuddly guys are sexy too! So if you fancy a cuddly shy guy to seduce you should try out Lyrical.
There’s a bit of Blisse to suit most tastes and wants. My recommendation? Getting Physical. It’s funny, sexy and was mentioned on National TV, oh yeah baby.
So now, the contest. I’m giving away eBooks. Wow, that surprised you I bet! I’m going to pick THREE lucky winners to win a Blisse eBook each. If you win you’ll be able to pick any eBook from my backlist. What do you have to do? Simply leave me a comment below.
