Smut by the Sea Spotlight on Tabitha Rayne, Rachel Kincaid +Ruby Kiddell

sbts-button

11 Days from now I’ll be in Scarborough enjoying the hustle and bustle of Smut by the Sea the very first event of it’s smutty kind. In the run up to the reader and author day at Scarborough Library on the 22nd June I’m going to introduce you to some of the people you will meet there and some of the companies who are sponsoring proceedings.

Today, I introduce you to the first three readers of the day!

Tabitha Rayne has been told she is quirky, lovely and kinky – not necessarily in that order or by the same person. She writes erotic romance and as long as there’s a love scene – she’ll explore any genre. Her short stories, published and upcoming, are included in anthologies from Xcite, Oysters & Chocolate, Cleis, Ravenous Romance and House of Erotica. She has two stand alone titles from Beachwalk Press.

Rachel is a smart, educated lady who thinks about all things erotica. She is a firm believer that the erotic form of writing should not just be about the young or the main stream. Her work is varied and she has a cult, underground following from all corners of the globe.

Ruby Kiddel lives in England with her daughter, they are in continual negotiations as to who is the boss.

If you count smutty texts she has been writing erotica for several years, if you don’t she started in January 2010 to engage the interest of a suitor.

The suitor fell by the wayside but by then she had found her way onto Twitter and a more appreciative audience.

Ruby hopes to continue to be read and one day get the hang of writing convincing dialogue

.

We’re only able to run the event because of the kind donations of our sponsors. Today’s Spotlight falls on two of them:
