Hi Victoria, I enjoyed your post over at the Whipped Cream blog very much as this is a subject dear to my heart. I find the gimme spirit that pervades Christmas these days to be very depressing. Offsetting that by giving to a local shelter and serving Christmas dinner at one of the shelters helps, but it’s really hard to avoid it enough not to get down.
